The mixed-use project includes 67-units of affordable housing and two community facility spaces in the Ocean Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.
One of the major projects developed under Ridgewood Bushwick’s Sustainability Campaign, the Passive House project is expected to use 75% less overall energy than conventional buildings and help reduce the city’s carbon footprint. High efficiency HVAC and lighting systems and a tight building envelope system help lower overall energy consumption and meet the rigorous passive house principals.
